The cylinder block bushing boring bed is suitable for the repair of the automobile engine, which is mainly used for the milling of the main shaft and the CAM bearing of the cylinder body, and also can be used for the microstructure of the flying contour hole and the bearing hole.
The inner diameter and roundness of cylinder block are processed to meet the technical requirements. In this paper, the use and maintenance of the cylinder block bushing boring bed is introduced in the case of the T8120 x 20 cylinder block. The cylinder block bushing boring bed is suitable for the repair of the automobile engine, which is mainly used for the milling of the main shaft and the CAM bearing of the cylinder body, and also can be used for the microstructure of the flying contour hole and the bearing hole. When the cylinder block is boring, the cylinder body is installed on the cushion plate of the machine tool bed, and the shaft and boring bar are realized through the middle and the middle gauge. Then, through the lifting of the spindle box, the boring bar is basically the same axis as the spindle of the machine tool. The boring of axle is realized by the rotation and axial feeding of the boring rod. To achieve the above motion, the transmission system of the machine is composed of the following four parts:
1. The rotary motion of the boring rod
The rotation of the boring bar movement by the motor (with stepless speed regulator) through a pair of wedge with cone rotary motion to the shaft sleeve, sleeve connected to the spindle is sliding key, main shaft section through the universal shafts with boring bar connection. The rotation motion of the boring rod is realized.
The rotation speed of the spindle (65-1200r/min) is obtained from the motor (equipped with a stepless governor) and the three-stage multi-wedge belt tower. The belt is on the side of the tower wheel, and the gearbox is available for 65-340r/min. The belt is in the middle of the tower, and it can get 120 to 600r/min. The belt is on the outside of the tower wheel, and it can be obtained from 240-1200r/min. When need to change the spindle speed, according to the first workpiece processing speed required for the selected wedge belt on a cone, open motor (must first will loading in the attachment reducer lubricating oil to join in the reducer), and then rotate speed control knob on the governor (see figure 1 j), to be installed on the speed of the speed on the operation box displays (see figure 2) display values are consistent with the required speed. 2. Boring rod feed movement
The feed motion of the boring rod is realized by the electron power feeder, and its feed speed is controlled by the knob on the control panel, rotating clockwise in the direction of speed, and rotating counterclockwise to decelerate; The feed direction of the feeder is controlled by the direction control on the control panel, one for the forward direction and the other for the backward direction. Button control in both directions is a mechanical self-locking button. Direction need to feed, press the control button, the boring bar or the forward action, need to terminate the feed movement, just press a direction control button again, make its reset, feeder is shut down (feed action to end). The opposite direction is true. (note: the direction of the forward control is controlled by the torsion and the backward direction.
3. The movement of the elevator to the box
Release the clamping handle B, and the hand handle A (see figure 1) is the lifting and lifting of the box body. Its principle is through the bevel gear pair, the screw thread mother, the silk mother fixed the column, the inner column and the socket fixed. When the screw is rotated, the silken will not move, and the screw will lift the main shaft box that is fixed with the column.
4. Adjustment of boring tools
(1) the longitudinal horizontal movement of the boring tool along the bed guide track:
Release clamping handle E. When the spindle head C is rotated with a ratchet wrench, the boring tool is adjusted vertically according to the length of the cylinder by the chain wheel and the chain fixed in the bed.
(2) the lifting movement of boring sets:
After releasing the handle F, rotate the handwheel D, through the worm gear and gear rack, the boring sleeve is adjusted vertically.
(3) the boring frame installed in the upper part of the boring tool is in a small range floating state in the vertical direction. (4) fine-tuning of the horizontal direction of the boring bar
Loosen the grip handle I, rotate the hand to turn H, through the screw, boring sleeve bracket (inner hole with internal thread), the boring sleeve can be adjusted horizontally. Lock the handle I when the boring sleeve is adjusted.
